About the role
Jade Green Hambantota is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Steward to support daily operations in its restaurant and banquet areas. The role focuses on delivering friendly, professional service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant and banquet operations.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
- Set up and clear tables according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
- Support food and beverage service during functions and events.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Well‑groomed and customer‑oriented.
- Flexible to work shifts.
