Executive Sales

About the role

We are seeking a driven Executive Sales professional to grow our portfolio of generator and power solutions across commercial and industrial sectors in Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in commercial and industrial segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand requirements.
• Propose tailored power solutions and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in generators, engineering, construction, or industrial products.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to discuss technical product details confidently.
• Valid motorcycle and light‑vehicle driving licence.
