Director of Operations - Pullman Bentota Resort & SPA

About the role

Accor is hiring a Director of Operations for Pullman Bentota Resort & SPA in Sri Lanka. The role oversees the day-to-day running of the resort and supports the General Manager in its overall management and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, including Food & Beverage, Culinary and Rooms Division
• Support the General Manager in the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel
• Ensure smooth operation and coordination of the hotel through the Department Heads
• Deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience across all areas, in line with Pullman brand standards
• Analyse guest feedback, trends and satisfaction metrics, implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain awareness of all ongoing activities and drive quality across the resort
• Ensure the team knows operating standards and mystery audit criteria, conduct spot checks and audits, and support Heads of Department in managing talent

Required profile

• 12+ years of industry experience in upmarket brands
• At least 2 years in a similar role
• Outstanding PR and social integration skills to build strong customer relations
• F&B background preferred
