Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Lead Generation (US/EU)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive B2B lead generation for our export‑focused apparel manufacturing business. The role focuses on acquiring customers in the United States and Europe through targeted digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at B2B customers in the US and Europe.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in international markets.
• Segment audiences and tailor campaigns based on customer profiles and market requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.
• Produce marketing content aligned with export and international business objectives.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
• Proven experience marketing to US and European markets.
• Previous work in a digital marketing agency and preferably in an export‑oriented or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage campaigns end‑to‑end.
