Customer Success Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist at Cin7, you will partner directly with our customers to help them unlock the full value of our inventory management platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless experience and drive both retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance customer experiences by identifying adoption opportunities and increasing engagement with platform features.
• Proactively engage customers, provide solutions, and communicate product updates to maximize platform value.
• Advocate for customer needs with Engineering and Product teams to shape future enhancements.
• Anticipate issues, replicate successful solutions, and help scale support processes.
• Monitor customer health metrics and use insights to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably SaaS customer success or account management.
• Self‑motivated, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree.
