Business Development Manager

About the role

Curfox, the leading courier platform in Sri Lanka with a 45% market share, is expanding its operations to the GCC. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge and grow our client base in both local and GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Win new courier, logistics and last‑mile delivery companies as clients, locally and in the GCC.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and manage relationships with partners, chambers and industry bodies.
• Represent Curfox at regional trade events and summits.
• Feed market insights back to the product team.

Required profile

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS, logistics tech or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads.
• Understanding of courier, logistics or e‑commerce operations.
• GCC market exposure or network is a strong advantage.
• Confident presenting to founders and operations heads.
• Willingness to travel.
