Construction & Engineering Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for our construction and engineering projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for sourcing, evaluating, and securing qualified professionals to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for construction and engineering requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Interpret technical job descriptions and match candidates based on project and industry experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche construction roles.
• Conduct salary, availability, notice‑period, and candidate‑interest checks.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and client/account teams.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ATS records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for construction or engineering positions.
• Ability to understand and evaluate technical job requirements.
• Strong coordination skills with hiring managers and client teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to maintaining recruitment data and trackers.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
