Client Guidance Executive

About the role

As a Client Guidance Executive you will act as a trusted advisor to leading corporations, helping them translate complex business data into compelling annual reports and other corporate communications. You will work closely with senior client teams and internal specialists to ensure every report delivers clear insight and strategic impact.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and advise client teams through the entire report creation process, from concept to delivery.
• Lead internal creative brainstorming sessions to unpack client needs and generate innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with design, writing, and web‑development teams to bring reports to life.
• Present and justify report strategies directly to senior client leadership.
• Proactively identify and solve problems, applying critical thinking at every project stage.
• Oversee complex project workflows, maintaining timelines and ensuring seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Strong curiosity about business, finance, sustainability and corporate communications.
• Analytical mindset, organized approach and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Resilience and flexibility to manage tight deadlines and peak reporting cycles.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
