Business Development Executive

About the role

We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to own end‑to‑end sales activities. You will identify opportunities, build relationships and drive revenue across our digital marketing, SaaS, CRM and advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell digital marketing services, SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, and ATL/BTL advertising.
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Develop and execute business development plans to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals and negotiations.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate marketing, advertising or technology solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow‑ups professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to craft proposals and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Partly or fully qualified in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, CRM solutions or advertising is a plus.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven, performance‑based environment.
