About the role
Echelon Media is expanding rapidly and is creating new Business Development positions at both executive and management levels. The role offers a chance to work with innovative brands and dynamic teams in a people‑focused environment, helping to drive digital transformation and revenue growth.
Required profile
- Proven sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Good understanding of digital disruption, web performance and analytics‑driven decision making.
- Target‑ and KPI‑driven mindset with strong people‑management and teamwork skills.
- Excellent client and agency relationship management.
- Passion for digital trends and the ability to implement them for measurable results.
- Degree‑level education and 6 months to 1 year experience in sales or digital sales within a media or digital agency.
