Application Support Consultant (IGT1) – Kyriba

About the role

IGT1, an offshore technology and talent solutions company based in Port City, Colombo, is hiring an Application Support Consultant for its client Kyriba, a global provider of cloud-based finance solutions. You will be embedded in the team of an international client and act as the voice of the product and the frontline advocate for customers, helping them get full value from the Kyriba product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support across channels such as email and phone, with fast, friendly and solution-oriented responses.
• Analyze and resolve a wide range of customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when escalation is needed.
• Share insights from customer interactions to improve products, processes and documentation.
• Develop deep product expertise so you can advise customers and colleagues.
• Track and document support activities accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Contribute to team learning by sharing best practices and supporting the onboarding of new team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in SaaS, technology or a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving problems.
• Logical, analytical and troubleshooting approach, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Collaborative spirit and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Comfort with support platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud and knowledge base tools.
• Knowledge of cash management, positioning and forecasting, bank reporting, domestic and international payments, in-house banking, debt, investments, foreign exchange and general ledger.
• Comfort with file exchange systems, APIs, bank file protocols, data integration, automation features and performance analysis.
