International Sales Executive – Vehicle Export

About the role

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our in‑house team in Kandy, Sri Lanka. This role is part of a Japanese export company that ships vehicles and machinery worldwide, offering a genuine in‑house environment rather than an outsourced call centre.

Compensation consists of a basic salary plus uncapped performance incentives, with top performers earning more than Rs 350,000 per month.

KAN‑DE Nagoya Trading Co., Ltd. has been exporting Japanese vehicles and machinery worldwide since 1993, and the successful candidate will help expand our market presence in South Asia.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proven sales experience with sound knowledge of vehicles
• Strong communication, negotiation & customer‑handling skills
• Ability to build rapport and persuade buyers across cultures
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven & a genuine team player

Required skills

• Experience in vehicle import/export
• Online sales or digital marketing experience
• Additional language skills
