Senior SAP S/4HANA SD / Order to Cash Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant (L3) to lead the design, configuration and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that follow SAP best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SD/OTC process design in SAP S/4HANA, covering sales order management, pricing, deliveries, billing and integration with FI, MM and WM/EWM.
• Translate business requirements into functional design documents and WRICEF specifications.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA SD modules following clean‑core principles.
• Participate in greenfield, brownfield or selective carve‑out implementations and country roll‑outs.
• Support all SAP Activate phases: Explore, Realize, Deploy, including workshops, configuration, testing and cut‑over.
• Identify gaps and propose innovations such as Fiori apps or simplified data models.
• Lead unit, SIT and UAT testing, prepare test scripts and resolve defects.
• Assist data migration for customers, pricing, open orders and AR items.
• Collaborate with ABAP, integration and reporting teams to ensure end‑to‑end process integrity.
• Mentor junior consultants and review their deliverables.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of SAP SD experience, including 2–3 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands‑on configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA SD.
• Proven experience with Order to Cash end‑to‑end processes.
• Ability to work with business users, process owners and technical teams.
