About the role
As a Retail Sales Desk Executive you will be the front‑line representative of DHL Express at our retail centre, responsible for driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Driving retail sales and revenue growth.
- Implementing sales activation programs aligned with local strategies.
- Managing store presentation to reflect DHL’s premium brand and service standards.
- Ensuring the retail store delivers the highest impact through customer experience.
Required profile
- Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level Examination and full or partial qualification in Sales/Marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A balanced, objective approach to problem‑solving and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster great customer relationships.
