Key Account Executive – Stationery Sales

About the role

Kiddies & Toys International (KTI) is a market leader in the Baby, Mother Care, Toy and Stationery segments, holding exclusive partnerships with global brands. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Key Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team, responsible for driving sales, developing new customers and building strong relationships in the Stationery segment under the supervision of the Assistant Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth for Stationery products.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize product positioning.
• Negotiate and execute promotions, pricing, and contracts with key customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account or FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proactive and results‑driven approach.
