Lighting Sales Support Specialist

About the role

Support lighting sales for Middle East projects and manage the day‑to‑day activities of the lighting solutions operations department. Ensure quality, efficiency and timely delivery by coordinating with other departments, handling inventory and logistics, and communicating with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping customer orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues and handle complaints.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other activities related to lighting sales support.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering) is a plus.
• Strong time‑management abilities and a pleasant attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn.
• Experience in logistics and procurement is a plus.
