Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing & SaaS

About the role

Croissance Digital provides digital marketing services and SaaS solutions that help businesses grow. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales for both our marketing services and software products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients who need premium digital marketing services such as SEO, paid advertising, social media management, AI automation, WhatsApp communication solutions, and creative production.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services or software subscription plans.
• Conduct sales meetings and product demos, explaining key features and business benefits.
• Prepare proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly targets for new clients, software subscriptions, and sales revenue.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑handling roles.
• Experience selling SaaS, software, or digital marketing services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Confidence in presenting solutions, delivering product demos, and closing sales.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and organized.
• Ability to learn software products quickly and explain them in simple terms.
• Interest in digital marketing is an advantage.
