About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows/Azure L2 Engineer with strong MSP background to provide support for multiple international customers. The position is fully remote, serving Australian shift schedules.

Required profile

6‑8+ years of Windows system administration experience
Extensive MSP or multi‑customer environment experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to work Australia/rotational shifts
Preferred Microsoft certifications
