About the role

The Tender Manager will lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while supporting business strategy development.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor tender preparations to ensure timely completion and submission.
  • Validate completed tenders for accuracy and compliance before submission.
  • Prepare business strategy reports with senior managers using data analytics.
  • Communicate with foreign clients and obtain offers for available opportunities.
  • Maintain the organization’s ERP system in line with internal policies and procedures.

Required profile

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Business Management; MBA and prior medical industry tender experience are advantages.
  • Completed GCE Advanced Level in Science/Maths stream.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

  • High proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Computer literacy with ERP system usage.
