About the role
The Tender Manager will lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while supporting business strategy development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and monitor tender preparations to ensure timely completion and submission.
- Validate completed tenders for accuracy and compliance before submission.
- Prepare business strategy reports with senior managers using data analytics.
- Communicate with foreign clients and obtain offers for available opportunities.
- Maintain the organization’s ERP system in line with internal policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Business Management; MBA and prior medical industry tender experience are advantages.
- Completed GCE Advanced Level in Science/Maths stream.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and excellent spoken and written English.
Required skills
- High proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Computer literacy with ERP system usage.
