Technical Project Manager – Client Facing

About the role

We are a rapid‑development engineering firm delivering high‑impact digital products. As a Technical Project Manager (Client‑Facing) you will act as the primary technical interface between enterprise clients and our engineering teams, translating business needs into clear specifications and keeping sprints on track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client sprint reviews, requirement discovery sessions and maintain day‑to‑day communication with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Decompose ambiguous business requirements into well‑defined epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage sprint backlogs, task assignments, milestones and release schedules using Scrum or Kanban.
• Identify scope creep early, negotiate trade‑offs and timelines with clients using sound technical reasoning.
• Provide operational support to developers, clarifying acceptance criteria and removing delivery blockers.
• Produce concise status reports and milestone tracking for internal leadership and external clients.

Required profile

• Impeccable written and verbal English communication, able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical literacy with experience reading system architectures, APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• 3+ years managing agile software delivery in an agency or rapid‑development product environment.
• Resilience and composure when handling demanding clients, aggressive schedules and shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Project tracking tools: Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, GitHub Projects.
• Modern application architectures: web and mobile apps, REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Databases, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
