Career141 Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to head its Executive Search function in Colombo. The role focuses on building a high‑performing recruitment team, driving consistent placement success, and enhancing client satisfaction across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Search team to achieve placement targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Coach recruiters throughout the search lifecycle, improving sourcing, candidate engagement, and client management.
• Identify capability gaps and implement development initiatives to raise recruiter productivity.
• Enhance recruitment processes, speed, and consistency to deliver operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably within executive search or headhunting.
• Strong background in team leadership, client management, performance management, and recruiter development.
• Demonstrated ability to improve placement ratios and drive client success.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
