Student Coordinator

About the role

The Student Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for current and prospective students at Alpha Campus, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience throughout their educational journey. This role involves handling enquiries, supporting enrolment processes, and assisting with daily campus operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student and parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and walk‑ins.
• Follow up with prospective students, converting enquiries into registrations.
• Coordinate student registrations, manage documentation, issue IDs, process payments and update the student database.
• Maintain class schedules, track attendance, send reminders, organise examinations and manage student communications.
• Support recruitment campaigns, campus events, front‑desk operations and other administrative activities.

Required profile

• Completed GCE Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Customer Service, ICT, Digital Marketing or a related field.
