Sports Operations Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented Sports Operations Support Officers to monitor live and upcoming sporting events, maintain accurate event data and ensure timely updates. The role is based in Colombo and is ideal for recent graduates passionate about sports and comfortable in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live and upcoming sporting events and update schedules, statistics, scores and results promptly.
• Review sports‑related information to identify missing or inconsistent data.
• Track event developments and ensure timely system updates.
• Monitor market movements and flag unusual activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; college‑level candidates may also apply.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience.
• Good knowledge of football and other popular sports.
• Fluent in Indonesian or Sri Lankan.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, six days per week.
