About the role

We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our project team in Colombo. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and workforce.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site requirements.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction quality, materials, and progress.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
• Report daily site progress and issues to management.

Required profile

• Diploma, NVQ, or relevant qualification in Civil/Building Construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and materials.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
