Senior/Lead IFS HCM Consultant – HR Cloud Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior/Lead IFS HCM Consultant to drive the implementation and support of Human Capital Management processes within IFS Cloud for our international client. The consultant will own the HR workstream from solution design through go‑live, hyper‑care and post‑implementation support, working closely with HR leadership and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and design HR solutions aligned with IFS best practices.
• Configure core HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Leave Management.
• Manage data migration, validation and integration with biometric systems, payroll interfaces and finance modules.
• Drive system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead go‑live activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support after deployment and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of ERP HR/HCM consulting experience.
• Proven delivery experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and training capabilities.
