Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in Talent Acquisition at Ascent, you will be a key member of the Human Resource Operations team, driving end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives across multiple business units. Your work will directly influence the quality of hires and support the company’s growth and innovation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions at all levels, from managers to C‑suite.
• Develop and maintain diverse employment sources, including social media, networking and head‑hunting channels.
• Coordinate client recruitment planning, finalize hiring needs, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Deliver candidate recommendations that match client values, industry context, and strategic direction.
• Share recruitment best practices, nurture referral networks, and lead knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation projects, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain client relationships, present operational status in regular review meetings, and handle escalations with root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, data protection standards, and audit guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in BPO or apparel sectors.
• Proven experience hiring for leadership roles (Managers to C‑suite).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Tech‑savvy, independent, and capable of building relationships at senior levels.
