Senior Software Engineer - .NET/Angular

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and integrate core platform services for our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. The role focuses on building the Foundation Data Model, unified authentication, and a common administration console using the Microsoft stack and modern front‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate backend services for the Foundation Data Model and CMT using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement a single authentication entry point for HCM products, supporting OIDC, SAML, SSO and integration with Okta.
• Design, query and maintain relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for core entity persistence.
• Build user‑interface components for the Common Administration Console with Angular.
• Integrate messaging queues (RabbitMQ) and search/logging platforms (Elastic) to ensure reliable, observable, and scalable services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to product teams during migration and modernization efforts.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of professional software development experience, preferably in enterprise applications.
• Strong background in C# and .NET Core development.
• Hands‑on experience with identity standards (OIDC, SAML, SSO) and providers such as Okta.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and query optimisation.
• Experience building front‑end applications with Angular.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ and Elastic stack.
