Senior Software Engineer – Java/Angular

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our distributed agile team and help modernize our multi‑tenant cloud SaaS HRIS suite, which includes Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and CoreHR modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new features for HRIS products using Java (Spring) and Angular.
• Own full‑stack delivery, handling both backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Design and query relational databases, preferably Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Adopt a shift‑left approach by taking ownership of testing and verification.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Angular.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL; Oracle/PLSQL preferred.
• Experience working in agile, distributed teams.
• Ability to deliver secure, scalable SaaS applications.
