Senior Hotel Contracting Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Hotel Contracting Executive to lead the management of hotel relationships, negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms, and keep all contracts and rates up‑to‑date. The role works closely with reservations, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate hotel rates, contracts, promotions, commissions and commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels and suppliers.
• Identify and onboard new hotels according to business needs.
• Review, update and renew hotel contracts on schedule.
• Maintain accurate hotel rates, availability, promotions and contract details in the system.
• Monitor market trends and hotel rates to ensure competitiveness.
• Handle stop‑sales, rate discrepancies, contract issues and supplier concerns.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales and Operations regarding contracts and rates.
• Conduct hotel visits and supplier meetings when required.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved commercial terms.
• Maintain proper records and reports related to hotel contracting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, tourism, DMC, tour operations or a related field.
• Good knowledge of hotels, destinations, rates and contracting procedures.
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
