Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

Secure Shield is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the design and delivery of secure, high‑performance mobile applications. This full‑time remote position will collaborate with product, design, backend, AI and security teams to build production‑ready Flutter apps that integrate advanced runtime protection.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable Flutter applications.
• Implement new features and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, WebSockets and third‑party SDKs.
• Optimize application performance and conduct thorough debugging.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions.
• Contribute AI‑powered capabilities and apply security best practices using the Secure Shield platform.
• Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Flutter applications.
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart for production‑ready mobile apps.
• Hands‑on experience with scalable architectures such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLoC, Riverpod or GetX.
• Proven track record of publishing and maintaining apps on major app stores.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and influence technical direction.
