Senior Engineer, Strategic Data Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Engineer, Strategic Data Solutions you will work with end customers of Circles Life, owning data warehousing, business reporting and analysis for internal operations worldwide and reporting interfaces with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Work with end customers providing data solutions in areas including data warehousing, reporting and digital analytics.
• Drive actionable insights for the central BI team and country teams to identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accountability for project scope, cost, resource planning, monitoring and reporting.
• Perform business reporting and data analysis for internal operations worldwide and data‑exchange interfaces with external partners.
• Collaborate with business units (Finance, Revenue Reconciliation, Product Engineering, Product Management, Operations) across geographies to understand analytics needs.
• Work closely with data and engineering teams to generate accurate reports and analysis.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands‑on advanced SQL.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architectures (cloud and on‑prem).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Exposure to Python; AI/ML a plus.
• Ability to write DAGs and knowledge of Spark.
• Experience with agile development tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) a plus.
• Experience working in a regional setting and liaising with stakeholders a plus.
• Highly adaptable problem solver with a positive attitude.
