Senior Delivery Manager – Lead Multiple Software Teams

About the role

Eyepax is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to own delivery across several client engagements and guide roughly ten cross‑functional software engineering teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while building strong, long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery for multiple client projects, tracking scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Maintain visibility of project health, milestones, risks, utilization and financial performance.
• Proactively resolve delivery risks, resource constraints and dependencies before they affect clients.
• Act as senior point of contact for strategic accounts, managing stakeholder communication, expectations and escalations.
• Lead executive client reviews, governance meetings and service reviews.
• Establish and continuously improve delivery governance, Agile practices, SDLC processes and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in software delivery and technology consulting.
• Strong client relationship management and commercial awareness.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and people‑leadership skills.
