Rate Loading Executive

About the role

The Rate Loading Executive joins the Revenue & Distribution team of Aman Group, supporting resorts and central reservations by ensuring accurate and consistent rate data across all booking channels. Working with Opera, SynXis, and other revenue management platforms, the role safeguards the integrity of pricing, policies, and inventory to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Load, update and manage rates in Opera, SynXis and related distribution systems.
• Create and maintain deposit and cancellation policies, ensuring uniformity across properties.
• Oversee profile attachments and data standards compliance.
• Enforce SOPs for data entry to guarantee accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with properties, central reservations and third‑party channels to keep rates and policies current.
• Troubleshoot reservation system integration issues and coordinate with IT when needed.
• Manage group‑wide inventory to optimise availability.
• Configure, maintain and support onboarding of new properties on reservation platforms.
• Develop, maintain and catalogue SOPs and related documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in reservations, distribution or systems support within luxury hospitality.
• Highly proficient with Opera, SynXis or similar reservation/distribution systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and confidence in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across multiple properties and departments.
• Proactive, organised and capable of handling competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
