Project Coordinator

About the role

Design Envoy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support its interior fit‑out and furniture manufacturing projects. Working closely with the Project Management Team, you will help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities alongside the Project Management Team.
• Maintain regular communication with site teams, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status updates and flag any deviations.
• Organise material deliveries, work schedules and on‑site logistics.
• Identify and report site issues to the appropriate team members.
• Keep accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out, furniture manufacturing, construction or site supervision.
• GCE O/L with a relevant technical qualification.
• Strong ability to read and interpret production drawings and technical details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving ability and strong attention to detail.
• Capable of prioritising multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid motorcycle licence and personal motorcycle for site visits.
