About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our growing international school in Anuradhapura. The role involves creating a positive, student‑centred learning environment for young learners and delivering modern, engaging lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, engaging lessons.
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Apply modern and innovative teaching techniques to enhance learning.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic and personal development.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration.
- Participate in school activities, events and professional development programmes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Education or a related field.
- Previous primary‑level teaching experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for working with young learners.
- Ability to integrate technology effectively in teaching.
- Positive, responsible and professional attitude.
