Digital Learning & Training Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Learning & Training Coordinator to transform classroom‑based training into engaging, self‑paced online experiences. This full‑time, fixed‑term role in Colombo offers early‑career professionals hands‑on exposure to e‑learning tools, multimedia design, and learning operations.

Key responsibilities

• Convert existing training materials into interactive e‑learning modules using Articulate 360 and multimedia tools.
• Create and edit graphics, videos, and other learning assets, and upload them to the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate training schedules, participant communication, logistics, and support trainers with materials.
• Assist learners in navigating digital platforms and facilitate sessions when needed.
• Review and adapt content for local audiences, supporting Sinhala or Tamil language materials.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Early‑career experience or exposure to digital learning, content development, or training coordination.
• Fluency in Tamil and ability to work with English‑language software.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Articulate 360 (basic to intermediate).
• Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Vyond or AI‑assisted content creation tools (advantageous).
