Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Surge Global is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. You will work closely with specialists, project managers, and clients to ensure campaigns meet strategic goals and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Bid, place, and continuously optimise campaigns on platforms such as Google Display Network, Facebook Audience Network, Amazon Ads, and others.
• Monitor pacing and performance, adjusting budgets and tactics to align with overall strategy.
• Manage daily, weekly, and quarterly campaign budgets across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define target audiences, platform mix, and creative approaches.
• Configure client accounts and tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Support client‑facing calls, ad‑hoc analysis, and conversion‑optimisation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and specialists, contributing to training and development.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance or paid‑media marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑platform campaigns and budgets.
• Strong communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
