Lead Fullstack Engineer – .NET Core & ReactJS

About the role

DevUpLink is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and maintenance of high‑quality web, mobile, and desktop applications. The role combines deep .NET Core backend expertise with modern React/Next.js front‑end skills, while providing technical mentorship to a growing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, React.js and Next.js.
• Analyze, refactor, and ensure stability of existing software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.
• Participate in project estimation, planning, and resource allocation.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience with .NET Core for backend development.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL databases, preferably SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
