Junior Project Manager – ERP Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of IFS ERP implementation projects. Working closely with the Delivery Head and cross‑functional teams, you will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the full lifecycle of IFS ERP implementation projects from initiation through post‑go‑live support.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables together with stakeholders and delivery leadership.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project governance, documentation standards and compliance protocols are met.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, team roadblocks and cross‑functional interdependencies with senior guidance.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to align business requirements with delivered solutions.
• Support change‑management activities and organizational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably IFS.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
