Junior Executive - Content Creator

About the role

Enfection is looking for a passionate Junior Executive to create and manage short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Based in Kotte, the role is hybrid and full‑time, offering the chance to work with well‑known brands while staying on top of the latest social trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative, high‑engagement video content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Generate fresh ideas and concepts for campaigns that grow reach and organic following.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content Writing and Account Management teams to design and execute goal‑driven campaigns.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and present actionable insights.
• Research brands, audiences, competitors and cultural moments to inform content strategy.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.

Required profile

• Strong creative thinking with a knack for original, relevant ideas.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, live streaming and short‑form video formats.
• Curiosity about pop culture, internet trends and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
