Junior ERP Consultant – Service & Maintenance

About the role

Join Inivos, a global enterprise solution provider and IFS Channel partner, as a Junior ERP Consultant focused on Service & Maintenance. You will support end‑to‑end ERP implementations and help clients optimise their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation and support activities within the Service & Maintenance domain.
• Assist senior consultants in gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Participate in workshops, solution demonstrations, and testing phases (system, integration, UAT).
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Assist with data migration, master data preparation, and validation.
• Provide first‑level functional support and help resolve post‑go‑live issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Asset Management, Facilities Management or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in service & maintenance, ERP or related area.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Exposure to IFS ERP or other ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of business operations and ERP configuration.
