Hotel Manager – Luxury City Hotel

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations at the Radisson Hotel Kandy, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management in a vibrant 4/5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel functions, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to meet operational and financial targets.
• Inspire, coach, and develop staff to foster a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.
• Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Support revenue growth, cost optimisation, and achievement of budgetary goals.
• Ensure compliance with Radisson Hotel Group standards, local legislation, health and safety, and due‑diligence requirements.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hotel management experience in a 4/5‑star city hotel or comparable upscale property.
• Proven leadership, communication, and operational management abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results‑oriented mindset.
