Executive Stores – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Executive Stores – Logistics to join our Logistics Department. In this role you will ensure smooth store operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the overall logistics flow in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities such as receiving, issuing, safe storage, and timely material movement while coordinating with the logistics team.
• Maintain precise inventory records by updating ERP systems, verifying stock levels, and ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Monitor stock levels, generate purchase requests, prepare performance reports, and guarantee compliance with audit, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the logistics team by scheduling work, delegating tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in store management or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock keeping, and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, with the capacity to multitask under pressure.
