Executive – Finance (Accounts Payable)

About the role

We're looking for a meticulous finance professional to own accounts payable operations, ensuring invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor coordination are accurate, compliant, and run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and record vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness, and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Reconcile invoices against Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts in SAP, escalating mismatches for timely resolution.
• Generate and process payment proposals in SAP, execute bulk payment uploads within SLA, and coordinate with vendors and banks to resolve payment issues.
• Monitor and reconcile payment statuses across SAP and bank portals, produce reconciliation reports, and manage Advance Bank Guarantees per vendor agreements.

Required profile

• 2+ years' hands‑on experience in accounts payable or a similar role, ideally in a corporate or shared services environment.
• Strong working proficiency in SAP.
• Excellent time management and a compliance‑first mindset.
• Adaptability and sharp problem‑solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
