Executive Customer Success Manager

About the role

As an Executive Customer Success Manager at Variosystems, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and the company, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire value chain. You will drive transparency, manage orders, and oversee financial performance to guarantee high delivery standards and long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns and delivering solutions.
• Maintain transparent communication using standardized documents such as SAP reports, meeting minutes and timetables.
• Process customer orders from quotation to after‑sales service via SAP and the ticketing system, collaborating with TPM, CB and planning to resolve deviations.
• Monitor and forecast financial KPIs (Revenue, CM1, CM2, NWC days, NPS) and manage cash flow for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute customer success plans, aligning client objectives with Variosystems’ capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or Management.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
