Demand Planner – Global Distributor Markets (APAC)

About the role

The Demand Planner will lead forecasting for Global Distributor Markets across the Asia‑Pacific region, ensuring accurate demand signals and seamless coordination with distributors. You will support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, consolidate and manage demand forecasts in line with global standards and the monthly S&OP calendar.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, sales, marketing and production teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyse demand patterns, market trends and promotional activities to provide actionable insights.
• Utilise Kinaxis Rapid Response (and other demand planning tools) to maintain accurate data and support forecasting.
• Monitor distributor inventory health, identify risks and optimise stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Support logistics and shipment planning in coordination with suppliers and the global Control Tower.
• Identify and implement process‑optimization opportunities across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of demand‑planning experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience driving the S&OP process in an FMCG environment is a strong plus.
