Demand Generation Operations Coordinator

About the role

This role provides back‑office operations and coordination support for AI demand generation, working closely with the Head of AI Field Enablement and AI Demand Generation. It owns the operational side of campaign delivery, including HubSpot data quality, list and asset readiness, launch execution, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HubSpot data hygiene through deduplication, field standardisation, lifecycle stage management and regular audits.
• Build and maintain segmentation lists, suppression rules and ensure data standards before each campaign send.
• Produce recurring performance reports, dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting packs for the AI demand generation team.
• Manage campaign plans, timelines and trackers, and run the administrative cadence (agendas, minutes, action logs) to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or campaign coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong data discipline, attention to detail and a habit of checking data before sending.
• Proven ability to keep plans, trackers and recurring reports accurate across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule covering North American and European hours.
• Fluent written English and ability to document decisions clearly.
