Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused individual with proven experience in customer service and strong communication skills to join RPX MAC Express (Private) Limited, a joint venture of MAC Holdings, as a Customer Service Representative.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and follow‑ups in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with agents, customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Promote tele‑sales and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and inquiries.
• Manage difficult customers while maintaining a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations.
• Good computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or a related role; courier industry experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil is preferred.
