About the role
Mosiac HR is looking for a confident, proactive and well-spoken person to join its team as a Client Relations Intern in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The internship offers hands-on exposure to client communication, cold calling, lead generation and client relationship management. It is a client-facing internship involving regular follow-ups.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with potential and existing clients
- Make cold calls and conduct client outreach
- Follow up with clients and potential leads
- Assist with lead generation and identifying potential clients
- Conduct basic market and company research
- Support client-related and commercial activities
Required profile
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking over the phone
- Friendly, proactive and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A business, management or marketing background is an advantage
